1. What this service is

WeBall ("we", "the service") publishes analysis of publicly available sports betting odds, along with educational guides, a glossary and calculators.

The service does not accept wagers, hold or transmit funds, operate as a sportsbook, or act as an agent for any sportsbook. It is an information service.

2. Not advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Grades and analysis are probabilistic assessments of price, not predictions of outcomes and not recommendations to place any wager. See no guarantees for the full statement.

You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make.

3. Eligibility

By using the service you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, or the legal age for sports betting in your jurisdiction if that age is higher, and that sports betting is legal where you access the service.

Sports betting is regulated differently in every jurisdiction and prohibited in some. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the law that applies to you. We do not verify location or eligibility.

4. Accounts

Some features require an account, created via a one-time sign-in link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure and for activity conducted through your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or use it in violation of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or bulk-extract content or data except as permitted by our robots.txt.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
• Resell, redistribute or republish substantial portions of the content or data as your own product.
• Use the service to break the law where you live.

Reasonable personal use, including quoting and linking with attribution, is welcome.

6. Data accuracy

Odds, scores and statistics come from third-party providers and sportsbook feeds. They may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Always confirm the actual price and terms with your sportsbook before placing a wager.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis is accurate.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design and software are owned by WeBall. The underlying odds and sports data are the property of their respective providers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeBall is not liable for any losses — including gambling losses — arising from your use of the service, reliance on its analysis, or inability to access it.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes

These terms may change. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and significant changes to how the service operates commercially will be described on how we make money before they take effect.
